Executive Session pursuant to:
1. C.R.S. §24-6-402(4)(a) to consider the purchase, acquisition, lease, transfer or sale of any real, personal or other property interest, C.R.S. §24-6-402(4)(b) to hold a conference with the Town Attorney, to receive legal advice on specific legal questions and C.R.S. §24-6-402(4)(e) to determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, develop a strategy for negotiations and instruct negotiators and on the topics of potential real property;
and
2. C.R.S. §24-6-402(4)(b)-to hold a conference with the Town Attorney, to receive legal advice on specific legal questions and C.R.S. §24-6-402(4)(e) to determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, develop a strategy for negotiations and instruct negotiators and on the topics of Town of: 1. Town of Vail v. TIGA Advertising, INC and Gregory Moffet, Case number 21CV30034 and TIGA Advertising, INC, Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, Case Number 23-10553MER
